This reminds me of a guy I knew that was raising support for a short term mission. He had a picture of himself with a dog and he had a knife to its throat. Under the picture was the caption “Send me money or I’ll kill this dog.” The he quoted
“surely a live dog is better than a dead lion.” Ecclesiastes 9:4, NASB.
Heh heh heh, good times. I don’t think he ended up raising the money.
